Five Ways to Give

Generosity gives everyone the power to make a positive change in the lives of others. It’s a fundamental value that we all can act on. Here are five ways you can make a difference in the lives of children who are caught up in the toxic stress of childhood domestic violence or high-conflict custody cases.

  1. Get Educated about the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the powerful benefits of advocating for children in stressful family situations

  2. Speak Up in your networks to raise awareness of the vital work of the CLC to help our communities’ children become physically and emotionally healthy adults

  3. Donate to expand the CLC staff attorneys’ work as Guardians ad Litem representing the best interests of more children who need a voice in court

  4. Volunteer in our Greensboro or Winston-Salem offices

  5. Share social media posts and email messages about the work of the CLC with your friends and family
