Introducing Our New Board Of Directors

Children’s Law Center of Central North Carolina (CLC) is excited to welcome four new members to our Board of Directors. Each of these individuals brings a unique set of skills and experiences that will further strengthen our efforts to advocate for vulnerable children and families in our community. Their collective expertise will help guide our organization into a future of growth and impact.

Nancy Keshian

Nancy Keshian brings extensive experience in healthcare and volunteerism to our Board. After earning her degree from the University of Virginia and the Wake Forest Physician Assistant Program, she practiced as a Physician Assistant before focusing on raising her three sons. Throughout her life, Nancy has been a dedicated volunteer for various non-profits and remains passionate about helping others. Outside of her volunteer work, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two grandsons. Nancy’s commitment to family and community service will be a tremendous asset to our Board as we continue advocating for children’s rights and needs.

Krista Lutz, MHA

Krista Lutz is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience in accounting and outsourcing across various industries. With a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, she spent 18 years at Duke University Health System, directing key financial operations for the multi-billion-dollar academic medical center. Currently serving as a consulting CFO at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, Krista has supported businesses—including non-profits—by optimizing financial resources and enhancing organizational growth. Her deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and long-term strategy will be invaluable as Children’s Law Center looks at sustainable growth and fiscal responsibility.

Kim Kelly Mann

Kim Mann has over 30 years of experience in banking and real estate law, building trusted relationships with clients and managing complex financial transactions. As a partner in Womble Bond Dickinsons’s Financial Services and Real Estate sectors, she advised banks on various secured and unsecured financings. Kim’s professional excellence earned her a Band 1 ranking in Real Estate Finance by Chambers USA, and she has been recognized as one of Triad Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business. In retirement, Kim looks forward to implementing her experience as well as her passion for children to help lead CLC’s advocacy efforts.

Indira Lindsay Roberts, MSJ

Indira Lindsay Roberts brings a wealth of experience in pharmaceutical sales, law, and compliance to our Board. With a background spanning major medical companies, Indira has the professional experience and the heart that will support CLC’s mission. She has consistently exceeded performance targets and led groundbreaking initiatives in the medical field. Beyond her professional achievements, Indira is deeply involved in our community, holding leadership roles with organizations like the Family Service of Greensboro Foundation and the Greensboro Police Foundation. Her diverse expertise and passion for community service will be a valuable addition to our Board as we work toward enhancing the lives of children and families across the Triad.

CLC is excited to have Krista, Nancy, Kim, and Indira join our Board of Directors. Their collective expertise and community service will play a key role in advancing our mission to ensure the rights of children and families are protected.
